This depends on the complexity of the project, how far along the project is to being ready to receive materials, as well as the sourcing of our natural stone and bronze products. There are various products we can offer in as little as 8-12 weeks, where others can take as long as 25 weeks. There are many variables that affect timelines, which is why we offer a detailed outline of the project timeline with each comprehensive proposal.
Absolutely, and each of our design concepts is expertly customized to suit your location, needs and budget. Give us a call and we can discuss your project.
We require a signed copy of our comprehensive proposal as well as a deposit for the ordering of raw materials. From there a progressive payment schedule is determined, prior to manufacturing and prior to shipping. Our payment terms are flexible, and we work every day with 501(c)3’s, foundations, as well as counties, cities, States and at a Federal level.
We offer a vast selection of materials and finishes to ensure the design and feasibility of the project are attained. With over 10 different North American colors and finishes as well as tooled full color aluminum medals or crests, bronze plaques and military insignias. Our graphics teams can design a layout reflecting the sponsorship level categories to be directly etched into the monument. We also offer different sized granite pavers reflecting a level of donor amounts.
PGHD laser etching is a precision etching process, involving a CNC laser that etches the desired images or text into the stone, removing the polish at different depths to obtain a detailed and incredibly clear result. Sandblasting is typically used to add names or dates onsite after the project has been installed. We offer both engraving options, and refer to local cemetery or masons for the addition of names or dates, once the project is completed.
North American Grey Granite, followed by other North American colors such as white, red or pink. Our Absolute Black, which is of Indian origin, is the same granite used on various memorials including the Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C.
Each location and monument is unique. Because of this, we offer a dimensional rendering that highlights all installation aspects to take into consideration, for the footing and concrete pad of the monument. Our customers work with their local engineers to determine the best location, accessibility and parameters of the footers and concrete pads that are needed. From there, we require pictures of the location and access points, and if you have chosen installation as part of our turnkey proposal, our installers handle the rest. We bring our own setting equipment, dowels, adhesives and will even coordinate the offloading on site should the project require it.
Yes. We proudly serve customers across Canada and all 50 states in the USA. No matter where your project is located, our team delivers high-quality granite monuments, materials, and finishes with nationwide shipping, professional installation, and ongoing support.
We offer a detailed care sheet, including links and information for the cleaning products to be used. We also include and ship directly to site, the recommended cleaners and processes. A simple rinse of the stone to remove any dirt or build up, a non-abrasive and gentle soap, followed by another rinse is often as that is required. The additional products we send are applied after these steps to further enhance the natural color and brilliance of the stone and offer another sealant as a protective barrier from the elements.
